SIRE: Mr. Salty Peponita; has 5 ROM earners, 1 Superior.  Foals have earned a total of 261.5 points.  As well as $4296.00 in Incentive Funds.  Mr. Salty Peponita is a son of PEPONITA…….NCHA earner of $126,211.00, as well as being a  NCHA World Champion two times.  He was an NCHA finals champion two times, is in the NCHA Hall Of Fame, PEPONITA has 74 working points, a Superior in Cutting, is an Equistat All Time Top 30 Leading Cutting Sire with earners of R$1,856,006.00 & Top 25 Paternal sire as well as being Top 40 Maternal sire for cutting.  Is the Grandsire of earners of $2,516,431.00 in cutting and $35,400.00 in NRHA.

 

SALTY PEPO BOY “Herman” was bought for a ranch horse as a yearling, so he was never seriously shown as we were using him on the ranch.  He was shown 3 times in cutting and placed every time shown. We ran barrels on him as a 5 year old and won the novice classes on him that year.  Our 9 year old daughter also used him for team penning, winning the Snake River Team Penning Association’s 1991 High Point Youth on him.  Herman was also trained as a Calf Horse and the only time he has been hauled in that event was by a beginner and they won over $500.00 in 4 months.

 

SALTY PEPO BOY has foals that have money earned in barrel racing, calf roping, team roping, team penning, cutting.  He has a filly in Germany that is a reining horse as well has being the sire of the top selling Gelding at the Salmon Select Sale in Salmon Idaho. 

 

SALTY PEPO BOY has had only one foal shown in a breed show and the following are his accomplishments.

Salty Peponita Kat (ApHC): ACAAP – COA (Certificate of Achievement) he was Top Ten in ACAAP in 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002.  Salty is 2 points away from having his ROM in the ApHC and 3 points away from his SUPERIOR in Cutting in ACAAP.  Salty also has money won in the NCHA. He also qualified for the ApHC world show at his first 2 day show, winning his classes under both of the judges both days in 2001. At the WORLD SHOW he
