JS Equipment Service, Inc. was founded in 1979. The owner, at the time, had 10 years of experience with Caterpillar equipment and had been field manager for a Caterpillar dealer in Dallas, TX.

From 1979 to 1994, JS Equipment operated a repair and machine rebuild shop in Grand Prairie, TX, employing 15-20 mechanics and welders. In 1994, JS Equipment closed its repair shop to the general public. 

We presently buy, maintain, repair and sell mainly Caterpillar equipment, but not exclusively.
