16. Matilda Jeanette "Tilda" GRISHAM (4.Andrew², 1.George¹)  married  Joseph Randolph ANDERSON  in 1869.  Joseph, son of  William ANDERSON and Cyrena (Sarena/Serenie/Serrina) TIPTON was born 09 August, 1847, in MS.  Joseph was  a farmer and a blacksmith.  He  died 05 August, 1915,and was buried in the  Old Baptist Cemetery--now called the Anderson Family Cemetery.  After years in a mental institution, while home on a visit,   Matilda tied herself to a post and set herself on fire.  She  died 10 September, 1914, Prentiss County , MS.  Tilda was buried in the Old Baptist Cemetery--now the Anderson Family Cemetery.  Anderson Cemetery is on the county line of Tippah and Prentiss Counties, MS.

     i Willie J. ANDERSON born 17 July, 1871, died 31 May, 1873, Buried: Old Baptist Cemetery--now the Anderson Family Cemetery.

     ii James R. ANDERSON born 31 January, 1873, died 30 November, 1873. Buried: Old Baptist Cemetery--now the Anderson Family Cemetery.

     iii Luther I. M. ANDERSON born 10 October, 1874, died 22 October, 1875. Buried: Old Baptist Cemetery--now the Anderson Family Cemetery.

40. iv Sarena Gillie ANDERSON born __ August, 1876.

41. v Noah Arthur ANDERSON born 26 September, 1878.

     vi Oscar P. ANDERSON born 14 October, 1880, died __ October, 1891, Buried:  Old Baptist Cemetery--now the Anderson Family Cemetery.

42. vii John Ephraim ANDERSON born 30 August, 1882.

    viii Robert Richard "Dick" ANDERSON born 13 June, 1884

     ix Joseph Daniel ANDERSON, born Nov., 1886, Geeville, Prentiss County, MS and died 7 August, 1952, in the VA Hospital in Memphis, TN.  Joseph never married.  He was buried in Baldwyn, MS.
