His probate record in Kaufman County showed that he owned 66 acres of land in Kaufman County, TX, had 1 mare & 1 colt, and had a claim in Lawrence County, TN in the estate of David Heffington, deceased--valued at $150; and one undivided interest in the Estate of Ephreim Grisham in Van Zandt County, TX.
